Responsible for organizing, allocating, and loading staff;
Communicate daily with subordinates about the current situation in the department;

KPI management-defining, monitoring, and ensuring the fulfillment of performance indicators;
Responsible for the optimal flow of materials and information within the production department;
Ensures that production is cost-effective, using the necessary human and material resources and meeting the optimal parameters;
Responsible for the preparation of the draft budget of the cost center for the department and the inclusion in the approved expenditures.
Graduate of higher education in the food industry;
5 years experience in a managerial position;
3 years experience in a multinational production company;
Advanced knowledge of English;
Very good coordination and leadership skills;
Skills in planning, organizing, delegating, controlling, and communicating;
Ability to forecast, budget, and objectively evaluate;
Experience in production-automation is an advantage.
