Descriere job
  • Providing the general administrative support to the Sales Team in Romania;
  • Processing the incoming orders from the Sales Representatives;
  • Issuing the invoices;
  • Processing supplier’s invoices;
  • Preparing the periodical reports for the Management;
  • Orders management in SAP;
  • Verifying the incoming payments (notifying the customers with overdue invoices);
  • Contacting various departments in Polish branch office (Accounting/ Marketing, Logistics);
  • Office management (weekly supplies of office equipment).
Cerințe

For our customer, one of the leading intralogistics technology companies worldwide, we are looking for an Order Processing Specialist, in Bucharest.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1-year experience in the office work;
  • Experience with order processing, accounting or customer support;
  • Advanced English;
  • Experience with SAP will be an advantage;
  • Experience in an international environment will be an advantage;
  • High interpersonal skills and outgoing personality.
