Identifies customer needs (collect feedback from the customer contact center, distribution network, social networks, etc.) and come up with suggestions for quality improvements.
Perform audits on recorded and live client interactions and provide evaluation feedback and improvement measures
Participates in the definition of training materials (processes, products, promotions) and coordinates communication and correct usage in the contact center and network.
Is responsible for the proper application of procedures / understanding of new - products / optimization of speeches
Communicate & works closely together with stakeholders in technical, IT, Marketing & sales) to implement improvements
These responsibilities include both Romanian and Hungarian market.
Cerințe
3+ years of professional experience working in sales and/or customer care environment
Proactive analysis of current situation to align with company’s goal
Great people skills and ability to communicate feedback
Analytical skills, strong ability to work with numbers
A customer focus, a strong drive for results, and a collaborative team player
Comfortable in an international environment (English daily) and at the same time is a native speaker in Romanian & Hungarian language (written & spoken)
