For our client, the fastest growing and most significant accommodation supplier to the travel industry, we are looking for a Senior Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Targu Mures.
How will you make an impact?
- Responsible for the monitoring and improvement of the recruitment process in the organisation, proactively seeing opportunities for continuous development;
- Evaluation of different recruitment channels and sources and their performance for all vacancies to ensure we ‘go to market’ in the most effective manner;
- Work with managers to develop and update job specifications, proactively building long-term relationships and developing a good understanding of different team cultures and requirements;
- Support with high volume recruitment following the standard procedure which includes candidates’ selection and phone screening;
- Support and mentor junior members of the team, to further develop their recruitment skills;
- Promote the company employer brand and values to employees and candidates using various traditional and/or innovative channels, tools and marketing strategies;
- Identify recruitment marketing opportunities, find the best channels where we can reach the right talents as defined by HR Manager / Recruitment Manager and build creative approaches to meet the company’s growth needs;
- Provide support and/or feedback on various employee engagement programs developed inside the company;
- Create and maintain relationships with various universities and/or student associations;
- Work closely with the HR, recruitment, and business lines to identify needs and opportunities.
