Job description

· Prepares budgets and forecasts (P&L and cashflow), creates budget schedules, collects data, analyzes and consolidates financial information, prepares regular management reports

· Prepares monthly budget analysis, analyze variances, analyze financial performance, including performance indicators, recommend corrective actions and monitors implementation of action plans

· Performs Revenue control, costs and investments analysis, oversees collection control

· Analyzes business performance and presents the results, provides financial information to company management for decision making process

· Designs policies and recommends controlling procedures, identifies required improvements to the existing procedures, implements action plan for process improvement

· Takes responsibility for internal procedures control and implementation

· Facilitates implementation of policies and procedures, contributes to maintaining a robust control environment and compliance

· Prepares monthly/quarterly/semi-annual/annual reporting for individual projects and consolidated reporting, as required

· Prepares lender project monitoring reports and monitors covenants

· Prepares financial statements in accordance with IFRS, verifies reporting schedules and balance sheet reconciliations

· Facilitates the external audit process, oversees the external valuation process

· Liaises with other business units / subsidiaries at all levels and supports management and the group, as required

· Contributes to the successful implementation of the ERP throughout the company and subsidiaries

· Prepares financial reports, analyzes and performs other tasks at the request of the CFO / Financial Controlling Manager

· Participates in the monthly financial closing of P&L, balance sheet and cash flow

· Ensures the compliance of accounting records with applicable standards and company policies.

· Maintains professional and technical knowledge and demonstrates continuous professional development attitude.


· Relevant experience on a Financial Controller position

· Big 4 experience is a plus

· ERP implementation is a plus

· Provable competence in accounting / IFRS

· Experience in real estate industry is an advantage

· Financial university background, with a specific certification (e.g. ACCA)

· Advanced knowledge of English (reading and writing)

· Solid MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)

· Team management skills

· Analytical thinking, responsibility, very good communication and presentation skills

· Strong stakeholders management

· Ability to meet deadlines
